  1. A) Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, SolarEx takes full responsibility. We offer two options:

1- Refund

You may choose to receive a full refund for the defective product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2- Exchange

Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange for the same product or a product of equal value. We will cover all costs associated with the return and delivery of the replacement product.

  1. B) Healthy Products (No Defect)

1- Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for products that are in initial condition, with no defects. To be eligible for a return:

– The product must be unopened and unused.

– The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product to our address.

2- Exchanges

For exchanges of healthy products, the following conditions apply:

– The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the original product to our address.

– The customer is responsible for the delivery cost of the new product (in case of an exchange).

– The original product must be received at our address in original, unopened condition.
