SiliconEx 500 is a professional-grade, high-solids, single-component silicone roof coating designed to restore, waterproof and protect existing roofing systems.
Its moisture-cure silicone chemistry forms a seamless, highly flexible waterproof membrane with excellent resistance to intense UV exposure, high temperatures and permanent ponding water — making it particularly well suited for demanding roofing conditions in the UAE.
