It can be used as a standalone waterproofing membrane or as a basecoat under reflective coatings like SolarEx 300 or FirEx 700 for added UV resistance and energy saving or fire protection.
Each 5-gallon pail covers approximately 450–500 sq ft per coat, depending on surface porosity and texture. Two coats are recommended for maximum durability and waterproofing.
Apply on a clean, dry surface using a roller, brush, or airless sprayer. Make sure ambient and surface temperatures are above 50°F (10°C) and rising. Allow the first coat to dry and cure completely before applying the second.
