ElastEx 200 acts as a high-performance elastomeric primer and basecoat for roof systems. It provides excellent adhesion and flexibility, preparing the surface for topcoats like SolarEx 300 or FirEx 700, and can also be used as a standalone waterproof coating.

Apply to a clean, dry surface using a roller, brush, or airless sprayer. Two coats are recommended at 1–1.5 gal per 100 sq ft per coat, allowing adequate drying between coats for best waterproofing and adhesion.

It adheres to asphalt, metal, concrete, masonry, and polyurethane foam. Its copolymer formulation allows it to bridge hairline cracks and maintain elasticity even in extreme temperature changes.
