Yes, if the surface is clean, dry, and properly profiled. Remove loose paint, oil, or dust; for best results, acid-etch or mechanically abrade the concrete before coating to ensure strong adhesion.
Mix them thoroughly at a 4:1 ratio by volume using a low-speed drill mixer for 2–3 minutes until the blend is uniform. Apply immediately; pot life is 30–40 minutes at 70 °F (21 °C).
It becomes touch-dry in 8–10 hours and ready for light foot traffic after 24 hours. Full chemical and mechanical cure occurs in 5–7 days. Avoid heavy loads until fully cured.
