On most clean, dry, and sound surfaces it can be applied directly. For porous or aged substrates, a compatible elastomeric primer such as ElastEx 200 is recommended to enhance adhesion and coverage.
It adheres to a wide range of substrates including roof membranes, metal, wood, stucco, concrete, and asphalt surfaces. It’s suitable for both restoration and new construction.
FirEx 700 combines Class A fire resistance with elasticity, giving both fire protection and waterproofing. It’s an elastomeric waterproof coating that strengthens roof and wall surfaces against fire.
Purchasing a whole pallet lowers the material cost per gallon, ensures color consistency across large projects, and simplifies logistics for contractors handling commercial-scale jobs.
