Yes. Once fully cured, SealEx 100 can be top-coated with compatible elastomeric or acrylic coatings such as ElastEx 200 or SolarEx 300 to enhance waterproofing, reflectivity and UV resistance.
nder normal conditions (70°F / 21°C, low humidity), SealEx 100 will skin over within 4–6 hours and fully cure in 24 hours. Cooler or humid weather may extend curing time.
Yes. SealEx 100 is a water-based, low-VOC formulation that contains no harmful solvents, making it safe for both applicators and the environment.
SealEx 100 can be applied to a wide range of substrates including asphalt, concrete, metal, and wood. It forms a flexible waterproof membrane that adheres strongly to most construction surfaces.
Yes. It can be applied by brush, roller, or airless sprayer rated for heavy-bodied elastomeric coatings. For spraying, use a high-pressure pump (≥ 3,000 PSI) with a reversible tip such as 0.025–0.031 inch.
A full drum typically covers 4,500 – 5,500 sq ft per coat, depending on surface type and application thickness (~100 sq ft per gallon). Two coats are recommended for waterproofing and elasticity.
Store drums indoors between 50 °F–90 °F (10 °C–32 °C) and keep them tightly sealed. Avoid freezing and prolonged sun exposure. Stir gently before use to ensure uniform consistency.
The 55-gallon drum is ideal for contractors, distributors, and industrial users handling large waterproofing or restoration projects. Buying in bulk reduces material cost per gallon and ensures consistent performance across large areas.
