Yes. ElastEx 200 functions perfectly as a standalone waterproof membrane or as an elastomeric primer/basecoat under reflective topcoats like SolarEx 300 or FirEx 700 to enhance adhesion and UV resistance.
One drum typically covers 4,500–5,000 sq ft per coat, depending on surface type and porosity. Two coats are recommended for maximum flexibility, waterproofing, and long-term durability.
Apply on a clean, dry surface when air and substrate temperatures are above 50°F (10°C) and rising. Store indoors between 50°F–90°F (10°C–32°C), tightly sealed, and protected from freezing or direct sunlight.
The 55-gallon drum is ideal for roofing contractors, distributors, and large-scale restoration projects. Buying in bulk lowers the cost per gallon and ensures material consistency for big commercial or multi-building jobs.
