Longevity depends on the system applied and maintenance. Acrylic elastomeric topcoats such as SolarEx 300 last 10 to 15 years when properly applied. High-solids silicone membranes provide durable waterproofing engineered for 15 to 20 or more years of service, supported by manufacturer material warranties when installed to recommended dry film thicknesses.

A waterborne acrylic sealer and rejuvenator such as ShinglEx 800 is engineered specifically for asphalt shingles. It bonds loose granules, reduces granule loss by up to 88 percent in laboratory testing, resists mildew and dirt accumulation, and provides ultraviolet protection without the oily finish or recoating difficulties common to petroleum-based alternatives.

You can apply restorative acrylic sealers, elastomeric basecoats, or solvent-free silicone topcoats. Products like ShinglEx 800 renew aging shingle surfaces, while elastomeric primers like ElastEx 200 bridge hairline cracks. For low-slope roofs, moisture-curing silicone coatings create a seamless waterproof membrane that resists permanent ponding water and blocks sun damage.

Depending on the formulation, our restoration coatings adhere to asphalt shingles, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), metal panels, concrete, masonry, wood, and single-ply membranes such as TPO and EPDM. Primers like BleedEx 400 are also available to block asphalt bleed-through prior to applying topcoats.

Yes. Most formulations, including SolarEx 300 and SiliconEx 500, are fully compatible with airless spray equipment operating at 3,000 PSI or higher. They can also be applied using commercial rollers or brushes for detail areas, parapets, penetrations, and smaller residential or commercial roof sections.

Products are available in 1-gallon cans, 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, 180-gallon pallet sets (36 pails), and 265-gallon bulk totes. This packaging flexibility accommodates individual residential repairs as well as multi-building commercial roof restorations.
