Yes, our SiliconEx 500 formula is a 100% silicone, solvent-free, moisture-cure coating engineered with hydrophobic properties that provide permanent ponding water resistance. Unlike conventional waterborne coatings that may soften under standing water, SiliconEx 500 creates a seamless waterproof barrier suitable for flat and low-slope commercial roofs subject to regular moisture accumulation.

ShinglEx 800 is a waterborne acrylic sealer specifically engineered for asphalt shingle roofs showing granule loss. Lab tests conducted by PRI Asphalt Technologies show an 88% reduction in granule loss. The coating slows sun-induced aging and color fading, resists mildew, and seals weathered shingle surfaces, serving as an economical alternative to full roof replacement.

SolarEx roof coatings can be applied using standard commercial roofing equipment including brushes, medium nap rollers, or heavy-duty airless spray equipment. Products such as SolarEx 300 and TropEx 310 are spray-compatible at pressures of 3,000 PSI or higher, allowing roofing contractors to achieve efficient coverage on large-scale commercial or residential installations.

SolarEx roof coatings are available in multiple packaging volumes to suit projects of any scale. Standard container sizes include 1-gallon cans, 4-gallon and 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums, 180-gallon full pallets (consisting of 36 five-gallon buckets), and 265-gallon bulk totes. Quart samples are also offered for select shingle restoration products.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the coating system and application specifications. ShinglEx 800 offers an available 7-year material warranty on qualifying two-coat shingle restoration systems. SiliconEx 500 roof restoration systems offer up to a 20-year material warranty when applied to manufacturer thickness specifications across approved roof substrates.
